By placing an order, you are certifying, under penatly of perjury, that both you AND the recipient of the wine are 21 years of age or older. Adult signature is required by all carriers at the point of delivery and any wine returned to Little Jonathan Winery due to the inability to secure this signature will result in forfeiture of all shipping, handling and clearance fees in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
All prices are listed in US dollars. All final orders include delivery charges, clearance fees and applicable sales tax as delineated at the time of checkout.
All sales of wine are final.
Shipping rates are determined by the destination state that you choose from the listed options during the order process. If an incorrect zone for your state is selected we reserve the right to charge your credit card with the appropriate rate.
The number and kind of carriers licensed to deliver alcohol vary by state. Due to this wide variation, we are unable to guarantee or rush shipments. When your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an email indicating the carrier, tracking number and, where possible, intended delivery date.
Orders submitted for delivery to a state or location that is not on our approved list will be cancelled and you will be notified by email. If there is a local vendor or alternative means of delivery, we will endeavor to inform you of it at that time.

We respect your privacy and do not share your information with other organizations.
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address).
The information we collect is used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by writing to us or by sending us an email. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information.
Consumers can have this information corrected by sending us e-mailor writing to us at our stated address.
